Cinema
Rooms for film: a picture sized to your seating, sound placed around it, and acoustic treatment so dialogue stays clear at a sensible volume.

CH—01 / Projection & screens
Projection & screens
Screen size starts at the seat. We work back from viewing distance and the light in your room to choose the projector, the throw and the screen surface.
- Projectors
- Chosen for brightness in your room’s actual light, throw distance and mounting position.
- Screens
- Fixed-frame or motorized; matte or gain surfaces matched to the projector and the room.
- Mounting
- Ceiling, shelf or rear placement, coordinated with your installer where needed.
- We measure
- Seating distance · Ceiling height · Window light · Wall finish

CH—02 / Surround
Surround
Extra channels only help when they are placed well. We plan positions around your seating first, then choose the loudspeakers that fit those positions.
- Layouts
- From a well-placed front stage with a subwoofer to full surround with height channels.
- Loudspeakers
- On-wall, in-wall, in-ceiling or freestanding, chosen for the room you have.
- Bass
- One or more subwoofers positioned to even out the response across every seat, not just one.
- Calibration
- Distance · Level · Crossover · Room correction review

CH—03 / Room acoustics
Room acoustics
The least glamorous part of a system and often the most audible. Treatment is planned, measured and kept in proportion to the room it serves.
- Absorption
- Panels at first-reflection points to keep dialogue and imaging clear.
- Diffusion
- Scattering surfaces for rear walls in dedicated rooms, so the space never sounds dead.
- Bass control
- Placement changes and corner treatment before any more equipment.
- Approach
- Measure · Treat the worst first · Measure again
